6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free return policy for all orders. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
7. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@nuvastyle.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive a Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack and Ship: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuvastyle.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
11. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We are exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
12. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@nuvastyle.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
