Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Nuvastyle! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return policy for all orders within Canada.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email support@nuvastyle.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive a Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) at no cost to you.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale, gift cards, or intimate wear (such as lingerie) for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@nuvastyle.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund promptly.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nuvastyle.com.
